I grew up in Abuja, Nigeria wanting to build things that did not exist yet. That instinct has driven everything since.

Twelve years across hardware, software, and AI, building products that sit at the boundary where machine output has to earn human trust before it goes anywhere. That boundary is where most products either hold up or quietly fall apart.

At Microsoft I built features that help experts verify and validate AI-generated information. As co-founder of City Health Tech I developed Opal, a public health device designed to interrupt the spread of disease. Before that, at WPG Americas, I spent three years in hardware distribution: 120+ suppliers, and $20M+ saved for customers on end-of-life components.

Today I run a few companies on one standard. USL Studio builds the brand foundation, the website, and custom AI for founders and senior operators in a second act, with me in the room as product owner from discovery to handover. USL Systems builds electronics manufacturing and distribution systems for operators who need more than software. USL Academy teaches what the other two learn. Exelita is software for EB-1A and NIW petition preparation, built from my own EB-1A, which took 12 years: information and tooling, never legal advice. Shokun is a place to write and think without AI. And Camping Nigeria and Utility Services Limited are what we are starting in Nigeria.

The through-line in all of it is a conviction I call AI Supported, Expert Verified. AI handles the volume, the speed, and the heavy lift. A qualified human reviews, challenges, and stands behind the output. Not rubber-stamped. Verified. That is the foundation of everything I ship. The range is the point: the problems worth solving do not respect the lines between hardware, software, and AI.
